目的探讨四黄散外敷治疗竹叶青蛇咬伤肿胀的临床疗效。方法选择2017年10月~2020年4月我院收治的112例竹叶青蛇咬伤肿胀患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组56例。对照组采用常规蛇咬伤处理方案,包括清创、引流、注射抗蛇毒血清及对症治疗等。观察组在对照组治疗基础上采用四黄散外敷治疗。观察比较两组患者的有效止痛时间、肿胀开始消退时间、肿胀完全消退时间,并对两组患者治疗7d时的临床疗效进行比较。结果观察组在有效止痛时间、肿胀开始消退时间、肿胀完全消退时间方面均显著低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组治疗后的总体疗效比较,观察组的治愈率为89.3%(50/56),对照组的治愈率为69.6%(39/56),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四黄散外敷治疗竹叶青蛇咬伤肿胀的疗效确切,能有效减轻患者的疼痛感,促进肿胀消退,减轻炎症反应,值得临床应用。 相似文献

目的探讨动物学、临床医学跨界研究成果联合运用于快速准确诊断不明蛇类咬伤中的作用及效果。方法通过回顾性分析1例不明蛇类咬伤患者的临床资料,从病史、动物学生活习性、咬痕鉴别、流行病学、临床表现、蛇类动物学分布6个方面进行剖析不明蛇类咬伤的诊断思路与方法。结果该例蛇伤患者的病史特征以及诊断与鉴别诊断:(1)病史特征符合银环蛇生活习性;(2)咬痕特征首先符合毒蛇咬痕,其次与银环蛇咬痕特征高度吻合;(3)蛇伤流行病学研究支持被咬地域存在银环蛇致伤病种;(4)临床表现首先符合毒蛇咬伤,其次与银环蛇/金环蛇咬伤临床表现高度吻合;(5)依据桂中毒蛇种类分布研究成果结合银环蛇咬痕特征确诊为银环蛇咬伤。结论将蛇类动物学、临床医学跨界研究成果联合运用于不明蛇类咬伤的快速准确诊断是一种切实有效的方法。 相似文献

Snakebite being medical emergency and known cause for increased mortality needs assessment and treatment on high-priority bases, even in patients of snakebite who appear fine initially. The current retrospective study presents the snake bites in Saudi Arabia from 2015 to 2018 reported by General Administration of Statistics and Information, Ministry of Health, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The data presented in the current study, was extracted, analyzed, and reported after getting ethical approval from institutional committee. Totally, 14,679 cases of snakebites were reported during the four-year study period, with a higher prevalence in males (80%) in their productive age. Most patients were within the age group between 25 and 44 followed by 44 to 64 years. The majority of snakebite affected inhabitants were reported from farms of the rural areas, commonly during night hours of spring and summer seasons when snakes are very active. Only 36 (0.24%) patients out of 14,679 were reported dead and 14,643 (99.63%) were discharged after the treatment. Awareness among the general public should be encouraged and early diagnosis and usage of proper snake antivenoms could be life-saving. The delay in appropriate treatment can lead to significant morbidity and mortality. 相似文献

During ontogeny, complex adaptations undergo changes that sometimes entail different functional capabilities. This fact constrains the behaviour of organisms at each developmental stage. Rodents have ever‐growing incisors for gnawing, and a powerful jaw musculature. The incisors are long enough, relative to their diameter, to be affected by bending stresses. This is particularly true in the subterranean Ctenomys that uses its incisors for digging. We measured bite force (BF) in individuals of different ages using a force transducer. We estimated incisor section modulus Z, a geometrical parameter proportional to bending strength. A relative strength indicator was calculated as S = Z/BF incisor length. We found that ontogenetic BF scales to body mass with positive allometry. However, an anova showed non‐significant differences in S, neither between sexes nor among age classes. This result implies that during growth, incisors might have a rather similar ability to withstand bending stresses from increasing masticatory forces, what may be considered evidence of ontogenetic integration of force production (by muscles) and force reception (by the incisors). This fact well correlates with the observation that pups and juveniles of C. talarum incorporate solid foods shortly after birth, and they are able to dig burrows early in life. 相似文献

Folivory has been accepted as the general dietary pattern for colobines. However, recent ecological studies have revealed that extensive seed eating is found in some colobine species. The ripeness of foraged seeds is also reported to differ between seed eaters. As seeds are generally stress‐limited and may pose greater mechanical demands, seed‐eating species are predicted to exhibit morphological features adaptive for seed predation. In addition, species that feeds on seeds from unripe fruits with hard pericarp is predicted to exhibit increased leverage for anterior dentition. To test these hypotheses, we compared the craniodental morphology of seed‐eating Asian colobines (Presbytis rubicunda and Trachypithecus phayrei) with those of species that rarely exploit seeds (Presbytis comata, Trachypithecus obscurus, and Semnopithecus vetulus). The results show that the seed‐eating colobines possess a masticatory system with enhanced leverage at postcanine bite points. The sclerocarpic forager P. rubicunda also exhibits markedly greater masticatory leverage at anterior dental bite points, while the mature‐seed‐eating T. phayrei shows no such advantage for canine and incisor use. These observations suggest that P. rubicunda is well adapted to husking the resistant pericarps of unripe fruits, using the anterior dentition and to gain access to the immature seeds, whereas such sclerocarpic feeding behavior may be less important for T. phayrei. Our findings indicate that the distinctive craniodental variations of colobines may be linked to mature and/or immature seed eating and suggest the significance of seed predation for the evolution of colobine monkeys. A case of tick bite was found in the inguinal region of a 74-year-old Korean woman. She was attacked by the tick while working in her vegetable garden in the vicinity of mountain located in Suncheon City, the southern coastal area of the Korean Peninsula. On admission she complained of mild discomfort and itching around the bite area. The causative tick was 23 mm long and had slender pedipalps. The scutum was quite ornate and had eyes at the edge. The genital aperture was located anterior to the level of the coxa II. The spiracular plate was comma-shaped and the anus was surrounded posteriorly by the anal groove. The coxa I had subequal 2 spurs; the external one slightly larger. The spur of coxa IV was slightly longer than those of coxae II and III. The tarsus IV had 2 distinct subapical ventral spurs. It was identified as the fully engorged adult female of Amblyomma testudinarium. This is the first human case of Amblyomma bite in Korea. 相似文献

The relative simplicity of the mandible and its functional integration with the upper dentition in carnivorans makes it an ideal subject for functional morphological studies. To compare the mandibular biomechanics of two convergently evolved bone‐cracking ecomorphologies, we used finite element modelling to analyse mandibular corpus stress. The bone‐cracking spotted hyena Crocuta crocuta was used as a living analogue to the late Miocene percrocutid Dinocrocuta gigantea, using the grey wolf Canis lupus as a molar bone‐crushing outgroup. Mandibular stress values during p3, p4, and m1 tooth biting are found to be lowest in Cr. crocuta, and elevated in both Ca. lupus and D. gigantea. However, the stress‐dissipation patterns of the pre‐m1 corpus are similar between Cr. crocuta and D. gigantea. Lastly, D. gigantea has a relatively weaker corpus at the post‐m1 position than either Cr. crocuta or Ca. lupus. These findings suggest that even though stress patterns are similar amongst the bone‐cracking ecomorphs, the extinct D. gigantea had a weaker mandibular structure when performing a comparable bone‐cracking task as in Cr. crocuta because of its slender post‐m1 corpus. Ontogeny could potentially play an important role in strengthening the post‐m1 corpus by growth in the dorsoventral axis, and continuous increase in biting performance through adulthood in living Cr. crocuta suggests the possibility of a relatively more delayed development to full bone‐cracking capability in D. gigantea. © 2009 The Linnean Society of London, Zoological Journal of the Linnean Society, 2010, 158 , 683–696. 相似文献

目的观察蛇毒清胶囊对眼镜蛇咬伤合并局部组织坏死患者血浆LPO、SOD、GSH-PX的影响及疗效。方法将眼镜蛇咬伤2 h内合并局部组织坏死的患者60例,随机分为两组,均给予常规治疗,治疗组加服蛇毒清胶囊,均以7天为1疗程。分别于就诊时、咬伤后24 h、疗程结束时测定其血浆LPO、SOD、GSH-PX,比较两组患者三项指标的变化和临床疗效。结果两组患者在就诊时三项指标无明显差异(P>0.05);伤后24 h及疗程结束时,治疗组LPO明显低于对照组,SOD、GSH-PX显著高于对照组,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论蛇毒清胶囊能降低眼镜蛇咬伤患者血浆LPO水平,提高其SOD、GSH-PX活性,对眼镜蛇咬伤患者有清除氧自由基的作用。 相似文献
